Alberta photographer and safety gal, driven by wildlife and nature and happiest when I’m with my camera. For over 7 years and 200+ episodes, I rocked the mics as a co-host for the Shutter Time with Sid and Mac photography podcast. Currently, I am working on a personal photo project whilst temporarily resting my podcast voice.
I’m a lover of light and fully embrace the creative influence it has over our wide-open prairie landscapes and Canadian Rockies, particularly with black and white photography. Being a strong supporter of wildlife conservation efforts, I am becoming more involved through my photography. I truly believe in and practice the ‘leave no trace’ philosophy of nature/wildlife photography and viewing and encourage others to follow suit.
If you’d like to be in touch, please email me: sid [at] sidneyblake [dot] com and I’ll respond straight away.
